These systems are custom designed to meet the customer’s exacting requirements and provide uniform coating across the substrate being coated.

The Bürkle roller coating machines are the result of longtime practical experience which provides you with the best possible technical solutions to meet your application requirements--today and into the future. We provide machines with a working width of up to 3,300 mm (130 inches.)

burkle_graphics.jpgFor the Graphics Industry our systems are highly capable and provide an economical solution to the end user. Our coating machine can help with adhesion to difficult-to-print surfaces by the application of a primer coat. To save on the use of expensive ink, our machine can do a flood coat prior to final print. And to help the graphics really "pop" the machine can be used for the finishing touch: the top coat.
